Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese

Method

  1. Put the bread in a food processor and blend until it forms breadcrumbs and then put in a bowl.
  2. Put the eggs in a separate bowl and beat and put the flour in a third bowl.
  3. Dip a pepper in the flour and then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs and put on a baking sheet. Repeat with all the peppers.
  4. Put them in a preheated oven at 190C for 15 minutes.

  • 6 tbsp flour
