Such an easy appetiser hack - just whiz up a jar of Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese with some crème fraiche and garlic for a 5 minute party topping idea. Serve on mini bruschetta baguette toasts and top with an olive - eh voila!

Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese

Method

  1. Drain the Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese and then tip them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the crème fraiche and garlic granules and blend to a smooth paste with a hand held mixer or stick blender.
  3. Spoon the Peppadew pepper spread over the toasted baguette bruschetta slices, and top with halved olives to serve.

  • 1 x jar of Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers stuffed with cheese
  • 4 tablespoons crème fraiche
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules (NOT garlic salt)
  • half a thin baguette, cut into thin slices and lightly toasted
  • green olives, cut in half
