Mild Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers

Method

  1. Butter one side of all 4 slices of bread. Heat a large frying pan on medium heat. Turn two of the slices over and add the halve the cheese, ham, Peppadew® and the remaining cheese. Cover with the other buttered slices so that the butter is facing toward you.
  2. Place the sandwiches in the pan and heat until the bread is golden and the cheese starts to melt. Turn over and do the same on the other side. Slice in half and serve with grainy mustard.

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 50g aged gouda or gruyère cheese thinly sliced
  • 2 thick slices ham
  • 8 Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers sliced
