Hot Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers

Method

  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan. Butter the outside of all four slices of bread. Layer the cheese, then ham, Peppadew® and finally cheese over two of the slices on the non-buttered side. Top with another piece of bread so that the butter side is on the outside. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes each side and turn over when browned and the cheese is melting.
  2. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with vegetable crisps.
