Spicy tomato cocktail

Hot Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers

Method

  1. Blitz the tomato juice with the Peppadew®, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall jug and stir in the vodka or extra tomato juice. Taste and add more Worcestershire sauce or lemon juice if liked.
  3. Season with the celery salt and ground black pepper. Serve over ice in tall glasses, with celery sticks as stirrers.

  • 500ml chilled tomato juice
  • 6-8 Peppadew® Piquanté Peppers Hot or Mild, drained and roughly chopped
  • 5ml Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 120ml vodka or extra tomato juice
  • Pinch of celery salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Celery stick stirrers
